This section lists disclaimers which clarify Nexa Auto’s services further. These disclaimers support our policy of being transparent with our customers and are meant to promote a better understanding between both parties.
We do not promise to reimburse, fix, or replace anything.
Depending on the condition of your vehicle it may be necessary for more than one visit (at extra cost) or treatment of our services (at extra cost) in the interior or exterior of your vehicle. We do not claim to restore or revive automobile paint surfaces to a “brand new”, “flawless”, or “from factory” condition; neither do we claim to restore the interior of vehicles to a “brand new”, “flawless”, or “from factory” condition.
All pricing listed is based on vehicles in “average” condition. Nexa Auto reserves the right to determine whether the vehicle is in average condition based on our visual on-site inspection. The pricing above should be used as a guideline and not as the solidified price. The final price will be quoted after in-person visual inspection of the vehicle and/or agreed upon before any work is performed. Additional services may be recommended and/or are available per your request. If you are interested in a package or service not explicitly specified, we can build you a custom package to better suit your needs. Payment is due in full when the agreed upon work has been completed.
-Customers are requested to clear their personal items from their vehicle before appointments.
-Glove box interiors will not be cleaned and Owner contents in glove boxes will not be disturbed unless requested.
-Child car seat(s) should be removed prior to the appointment If you wish the seat cleaned under the child seat. We are not experts in re-installing child seats to meet specifications.
-For vehicles that have extra dog hair or dirt conditions that are greater than the average amount and take extra time to detail, there will be a surcharge.
Nexa Auto is not responsible or liable for:
-Conditions on trim, plastic, vinyl, leather, carpeting, window tint and exterior paint that compromise the quality and performance of our services. (Such as paint chips, discoloration, upholstery tears etc.)
-Unseen or hidden conditions that might be highlighted once that any of our detailing services had been completed. (Such as dings, dents, scratches, etc.)
-Malfunction or breakage of any of the vehicle’s mechanical/ electrical/electronic components. (Such as convertible tops, sunroof assemblies, check-engine light, overheating, breaks, etc.)
-Malfunction of personal entertainment electronics while performing our services or once our services had been rendered. (Such as DVD/CD/Tape player, speakers, sub woofer, and custom video system, etc.)
-Loose/ broken/ damaged parts during the car wash or detail process (such, Plastic Windows, Plastic Trim Pieces, Antennas, Mirrors, Bug Guards, Loose Chromes, Spoilers, Convertible Tops, wipers, etc.)
-Jobs done without a work order.
-Promises, guarantees, or verbal agreements not declared in a service order.
-Valuables left in the car.
-Nature incidents, Acts of God or accidents caused by other humans.
